Meet the Founder

Felecia Phillips Ollie DD (h.c.) is a licensed IDI Qualified Administrator (QA) skilled in ad-ministering IDI Assessments and a Transformative Coach specializing in intercultural competence readiness. She works with individuals, teams, and organizations in corporate, educational, governmental, and nonprofit environments. Her resume includes executive coaching, emotional intelligence development, intercultural team-building, and strategic advising for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She is also the founder of The Equality Network LLC, The Equality Desk LLC,  and Buckhead Brand Builders LLC. Felecia studies Divinity at Liberty University’s Rawlings School of Divinity and is a legacy Historical Black College (HBCU) graduate. She is also an active member of the sister-hood of Phi Mu at the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa.   Earlier in her career, Felecia managed the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Equal Employment Opportunity Program, where she created the state’s first Model Diver-sity Plan. Her advisory work was subsequently honored by the Washington State De-partment of Services for the Blind. She possesses a proven public relations background as former on-air talent for ABC-affiliate television and radio stations. She has also worked as a mediator, facilitator, trainer, and teacher.
